GTM that compounds.
Systems that keep working after you have built them.
Most go-to-market teams run on effort. Every quarter starts from nothing and every result costs about the same as the last one. A system is different: once it is built, it keeps producing without the same effort each time.
A simple test: if the team took a week off, would anything still happen? Where the work is all campaigns, everything stops. Where it is built as systems, visitors are still identified, leads still routed and follow-ups still sent.
